Jose Miro X Anniversary
On July 22, the designer Jose Miro, celebrated its tenth anniversary of a very special way, with a collection that was presented at a ceremony in Ibiza in collaboration with the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
The designer is well aware of the problems that are currently in Ibiza and Formentera, which are detected each year about 500 new cases of cancer which a large percentage of them needs radiotherapy. Such treatment is not performed on the island of Ibiza which is the patient travel to Palma de Mallorca or other cities for a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks.
In order to put their two cents on this important project, Jose Miro has created a very personal collection, which reflects the evolution that has taken the firm 10 years of existence. A collection extensively studied, with lots of care in cutting and pattern of the clothes, to result in geometric pieces versatility.
The light, the sea, the countryside, the Mediterranean life inspires a collection where the white color, a favorite of the designer plays a key role. The fabrics are natural, like cotton, silk, satin or denim.
In short, a well worked piece collection made with embroidery, applique ornaments of beads and other craft, which fuse with the technological innovation with the aim of achieving a vision of luxury and tradition meet in the processes.
